Skyline Soccer
Philosophy

Building of Character
- Skyline Soccer is a way of improving respect, kindness, integrity, sportsmanship, self-control, camaraderie, soccer skills, patience, resiliency, and toughness, which promotes the character of each player. We dedicate our time at practice and games toward improving these characteristics with the goal of each young man becoming a the good companion, employee, father, and neighbor that you would love living next door to.

Education

-  As coaches, we want each and every player to become intellectually based with the goal of pursuing higher education. Therefore, grades and learning are of greater importance than soccer. We expect all players to do their studies, get good grades, and do their best in the classroom.

Team

- We view our team as a second family, where each player is supported and helped through the various struggles during the season. Therefore, staying positive, helping one another, supporting your brother on and off the field, are very important on this team.

Soccer Skills
- We are determined to take each day of our 12 week season and create an atmosphere where the bar is high. Players are coached in such a way where they can become the best player they can be.  Our goal each year is to play well enough to put us in the state finals.

Party Lifestyle

- Unprescribed drugs, alcohol, and pot are illegal. If you are using these substances, you are in jeopardy of destroying your body and mind.  If you plan to use these during the season, you need to be aware that goes against all that Skyline Soccer stands for and is not tolerated by the coaching staff or the team. If the captains or coaching staff get wind of your use, you will face consequences.

Social Media

- Is a wonderful place where positive and uplifting thoughts and pictures can highlight the players on the Skyline Soccer team. We invite and applaud language and images that promote the wonderful actions of our players.  - Destructive or critical language used on the internet, or tweeted ,about teammates, or coaching staff, will never be tolerated. Fastest way to sink a boat is to point your cannon down and pull the trigger, which is exactly what destructive language will do to our team. Our ship will not sink.
